1. Anyone 16 years or older needs a fishing license before going out to fish. The online link is below

2. The fishing license must be on you while fishing.
3. We are located in Burlington County near the Delaware River.
4. We practice catch-and-release fishing in freshwater.
5. We will only allow 1-2 people on the boat at a time.
6. The deposit can be paid online, and the full amount must be paid in cash before boarding the boat. It must be exact cash because we cannot provide change.
7. Keep a positive attitude and have fun.
8. Anyone under 16 years old needs to be accompanied by an adult.
9. We will provide equipment, but you are welcome to bring any personal fishing equipment.
10. We fish during the weekdays and some weekends, from early morning to evening hours.
11. We will fish for bass, panfish, and other species.
12. Wear comfortable clothing, a sweater, a raincoat, sunscreen, shoes, and sunglasses.
13. Bring any food, snacks, and beverages.
14. Please do not damage any equipment.
15. Please notify us if you have any health conditions.
16. Let us know if you have to use the bathroom while on the boat; we do not have a bathroom on the boat.
17. Please be on time or contact us if you are going to be late.
18. No pets allowed

20. No drugs or alcohol allowed on the boat.
21. No horseplaying or any dangerous activities while on the boat.
22. The goal is to fish and enjoy the experience, but there's no guarantee you will catch any fish.
23. The boater has the right to return to the dock if dangerous activities occur, and the client will not get a refund.
24. By booking our services, we are not responsible for any bodily injuries or loss of items.
25. We post pictures on our platforms. Please advise us if you do not want to be posted.
26. If you need to reschedule, please notify us within 48 hours.
27. If we need to reschedule for any reason, we will contact you.
28. We will send a confirmation email with the date and time of the next available trip.
